Natural Circadian Rhythm - When to Eat and When to Abstain

Organic Fruits for a Healthy Life

There is a time to eat and there is a time to stay away from food. Our body follows a natural circadian rhythm (24 hour cycle) to take in, convert and eliminate food (and other body debris).

4:00 am to 12 noon - Elimination

Toxic debris and dead cells are removed from the body. Intensified house cleaning takes place via the lungs, skin and urinary tract.

12 noon to 8:00 p.m. - Alimentation

Prime time for eating. These are the hours when the body should take in food.

8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. - Assimilation

Food that was taken in during the previous phase is now assimilated and stored for use.

What does that mean ?

  • There is no such thing as a 'Breakfast of Champions'. Up until 12:00 noon the body is best left alone. Drink only fresh squeezed juices and/or eat ONLY fruit. Any heavy breakfast (eggs and hashed browns) will interfere with the elimination process. Instead of using it's energy for housekeeping the body must divert it's energy to digestion.

  • Between noon and 8 p.m. enjoy your food (fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds)

  • No more food or drink after 8:00 p.m.
