Exposure to sunshine enables our body to produce vitamin D. 

10-15 minutes per day of exposure is sufficient but you may spend more time in the sun.

Nothing wrong with a nice sun bath, but exercise caution and don't stay out in the sun for hours at a time. This leads to a lose of vital nerve energy, also known as enervation.

Avoid using sun screen. The chemicals in the sun screen might be responsible for skin cancer but not the ultraviolet rays of the sun itself (unless you totally overdo it).
