Exercise is important for the body. There is a German saying 'He who rests rusts'.

This is true for our bodies. If we don't exercise it the muscles become weak and eventually atrophy.

We should exercise every day. It doesn't have to be a fancy workout at a fancy gym. Just walking around the block can do the job. Most important thing is to get off the couch and get moving.

Pick a time that is convenient for you to do your exercise. Do it on an empty stomach.

We find exercising first thing in the morning most beneficial. After a good nights sleep your batteries are recharged and your body is ready for a workout.

We recommend a good Kundalini Yoga workout followed by rebounding. It's a great way to start the day.

If you manage to do some of your exercise outside (e.g. walking, running, biking) then you might also get the daily dose of sunshine your body needs.
